Longest Sea Beach in the World - Cox's Bazar

Cox's Bazar is one of the most attractive travel spots and the longest natural sandy  beach in the world. It is an straight 125 km sandy beach with very gentle slope.

 

 

Cox’s Bazar is also known by the name "Panowa" means “yellow flower”.The modern name Cox's Bazar/Bazaar originated from the name of a British East India Company officer, Captain Hiram Cox. It's other old name was "Palongkee". Cox's Bazar is a small town. But the natural beauty of the town is very charming. The climate of this place is very fine. The Bay of Bengal lies on the south of it.
